Dear Valued UTS Operator Customers,

We hope this message finds you well. We have been experiencing a significant increase in last-minute holiday phone change requests. In order to serve all our customers efficiently we kindly request that all holiday phone change requests be submitted by 10am on the last business weekday before the holiday.

Your cooperation is essential in helping us manage the high demand and provide timely error free service to everyone. We appreciate your understanding and support and thank you for choosing UTS for you phone and IT service needs.

P.S: If you use a generic holiday message you may choose to provide us with a list of holidays for the year and we will program them for you ahead of time, be aware we are unable to provide holiday specific messaging if you choose this option.
